Description
  • The ADQ 112 data acquisition card features 12 bits resolution and 1100 MSPS sampling rate, delivering the most powerful combination of high speed and linearity commercially available. The card is equipped with two FPGAs, one of which is available for customer-specific applications. The high speed is achieved by using advanced technology for interleaving A/D-converters developed by SP Devices, which efficiently removes artifacts associated with interleaving such as time-skew, offset errors and gain errors due to mismatch between the A/D-converters. The combination of high speed, high resolution and high bandwidth makes this card ideal for applications such as IF sampling of RF signals and high-speed data recording.
  • The ADQ 112 is a high-speed, ultra-linear digitizer card that is suitable for use in demanding data capture and signal analysis applications. It is equipped with two interleaved high-speed A/D-converters (ADCs) delivering excellent data capture performance with an SNDR of 62.0 dBFS, an SFDR of 80 dBc , ENOB of 10.0 bits a and an input bandwidth of 780MHz.
    The on-board memory of 256 MB DDR2 RAM offers storage of 156 MSamples, corresponding to 150 milliseconds of captured data at full acquisition speed.

    ADCapture Lab
  • ADCapture Lab is an application for configuration and operation of the ADQ series data acquisition cards. It visualizes the collected data and calculates key parameters. Data can also be stored to make comparison of results easy. ADCapture Lab is included in all ADQ series products and evaluation board
