The CG6000 is a cost effective clock source for a variety of applications. The same board can fit into PCI / PCI-Express slots as well as no-slots plus custom USB external enclosure. It is completely powered and controlled by the USB interface. Also, no programming is necessary, at least in the traditional sense. Use the GUI, command line, batch files, or custom code.
SMA #1: AC coupled external reference clock input. Frequency range is 10 MHz (default) to 200 MHz. Amplitude range is 1Vpp to 3Vpp. The reference clock is software controlled to be either the internal 50 MHz clock or an external clock.
SMA #2: AC coupled square wave output of 1st synthesizer. It has an amplitude range of -4dBm to 5dBm, software programmable in 3dBm steps.
SMA #3: Square wave output of 2nd synthesizer. It has the same characteristics of 1st and uses the same reference clock but its output frequency and amplitude is independently selectable.
