The E&I AL10W-LF module is a rugged source of RF power. It produces 10 W of Class A linear power output over the entire frequency range of 0.5 MHz – 20 MHz. Operation over the entire frequency range is possible without the need for any switching.
The AL10W-LF module has low harmonic distortion, -10 dBc and below. Power gain is rated at 47 dB with a typical gain flatness of +/- 1.5 dB. The required supply power is 12.5 Vdc, 3A maximum. Forced air or cold plate cooling is required to maintain proper performance. The input and output impedances are both 50Ω.
