The E&I CDA-LF-HP module is a rugged source of RF power. It produces 5 W of Class A linear power output over the entire frequency range of 0.01 MHz – 20 MHz. Operation over the entire frequency range is possible without the need for any switching.
The CDA-LF-HP module has low harmonic distortion, -25 dBc and below. Power gain is rated at 40 dB with a typical gain flatness of +/- 1.5 dB. The required supply power is 24 Vdc, 2A maximum. Forced air or cold plate cooling is required to maintain proper performance. The input and output impedances are both 50Ω.
