The E&I M-0240-T module is a rugged source of RF power. It produces 40 W of Class A linear power output over the entire frequency range of 0.01 MHz – 12 MHz. Operation over the entire frequency range is possible without the need for any switching.
The M-0240-T module has low harmonic distortion, -25 dBc and below. Power gain is rated at 50 dB with a typical gain flatness of +/- 1.5 dB. The required supply power is 42 Vdc, 5A and 24 Vdc, 2A. Forced air or cold plate cooling is required to maintain proper performance. The input and output impedances are both 50Ω.
