The E&I AL20W-LF module is a rugged source of RF power. It produces 20 W of Class A linear power output over the entire frequency range of 250 kHz – 50 MHz. Operation over the entire frequency range is possible without the need for any switching.
The AL20W-LF module has low harmonic distortion, -15 dBc and below. Power gain is rated at 52 dB with a typical gain flatness of +/- 2 dB. The required supply power is 24 Vdc, 5A maximum. Forced air or cold plate cooling is required to maintain proper performance. The input and output impedances are both 50Ω.
