The high speed data acquisition boards APX-5640 provide in 12-bit high Effective Number of Bits (ENOB (SINAD)) performance at high signal frequency.

The APX-5640 PCIe bus digitizer features 2 Channels 12-bit vertical resolution, 3.2GS/s sampling (6.4GS/s interleave), and bandwidth greater than 3GHz

The fast sampling rate enables the capture of high-speed signals with ultra-high timing precision. The high resolution allows the capture of signals with very high dynamic range. Available with up to 4 GB of on-board memory.

General purpose Analog output 2 Channels – 16-Bit are also available

Software Development Kits for C/C# and LabVIEW are available for custom development.
